I work with eating and weight issues across the spectrum, females and males, all ages, with a holistic team of ED specialists who believe in healing.

Treating eating disorders since 1992

Private practice, IOP, Integrative Medical Clinic and Spiritual Healing Well-Being Center, with individualized care and groups. I combine my experience in nutrition therapy and functional nutrition, with Health at Every Size approach, teaching intuitive eating since 1989, and applying Eastern and Western approaches to healing, as well as my own ED healing, research and work with others. I developed a self-discovery process, Symbolic Decoding of Hungers, Food Cravings and Body Language to reveal the meaning and purpose of behaviors and to restore emotional self-regulation, self-care practices and sacredness lost to disordered eating, weight, body image and menstrual issues. I use an integrated (body-mind-soul-spirit) approach, DBT, CBT, and archetypes, with a specialized holistic team.
