I have 10 years of experience treating adult females & males with all types of eating disorders. I also specialize in couples therapy.

Treating eating disorders since 1997

My office is in an ivy-covered brick building with a homey atmosphere. I use cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and spiritual psychology methods with an overall emphasis on partnering with my client to discover and express his or her authentic self. I tend to be interactive and believe a sense of humor is a crucial part of healing. I am a fully recovered bulimic myself and hope that my positive experience can provide hope for my clients. I genuinely love my work and am really grateful to witness the healing and growth of my clients. It's really important that clients feel comfortable with me. If for some reason it's not the best fit, my job is to help the client find the right therapist for them. I advocate various other types of therapeutic endeavors such as yoga, art, etc.
