Treating eating disorders since 1990

Initially, I work to identify one's readiness for change and meet them where they are. I help clients realize their strengths and encourage the practice of "mechanical" eating to establish control over food. I assess their level of energy depletion, work to remove drains on energy, and ensure they have the motivation to complete goals. I am effective in treating the isolation, anxiety and perfectionism that accompany eating issues. I offer groups for women with eating issues.
