As a licensed nutritionist with a masters degree in counseling psychology, I help teens and adults find and foster a healthier relationship with food.

Treating eating disorders since 1992

"Nutrition Therapy": Since 1987, my passion has been helping clients learn from their relationship with food and their bodies. We work together to test and create personal solutions that bridge the gap between knowing and doing, ultimately finding a safe place with food that is healthy, flexible, renewing, and life sustaining.

I maintain a private practice in a lovely suite of offices that has been described as "comfy" and "homey" and is located in a private professional building in Madison. It is truly "a place of peace for healing and growth".

CBT, nutrition education and therapy, body image exploration, and family nutrition therapy, are just some of the tools we can use together to help learn what needs to be addressed and work together to find new ways of relating to food.
