I have treated men and women with bulimia and binge eating disorders since 1986. I run support groups and work with a nutritionist and a psychiatrist.

My office is in a professional building with easy access where I maintain a private practice. I am a licensed psychologist. I use psychotherapy combining CBT, object relations and nutritional guidance. I develop a team approach as needed. I offer ongoing groups, a free support group, and conduct live an tele-seminars. My treatment focuses on helping clients through the early phases of recovery. I help them work through trauma, develop tools that help them manage stress effectively, address career development and career transitions, work on relapse prevention, and developing healthy relationships. Many of my clients have had numerous relapses before they've called me and I've been able to help them resolve critical issues that promote long term and lasting recovery.
