I have worked with young women and adults with disordered eating and related self-esteem, emotional/stress management, depression and anxiety issues.

Treating eating disorders since 1990

I work for a non-profit counseling agency(fee-for-service and sliding scale based) in a professional building in two suburban offices and integrate mind-body oriented approaches to healing, with EMDR and Somatic Experiencing and psychotherapy, such as Cognitive-Behavioral and Systemic approaches, and consult regularly in the area with nutrionists and primary care physicians as needed. I refer regularly with other treatment programs and support group to provide as much support as possible to individuals and families.
