My office feels very cozy and inviting. It is locaed on a lovely street surrounded by shops and cafes and other professinals. My building is a historical building and most folks who enter my office feel calm and relaxed. I believe that the feeling of the environment plays a vital role for which nutritionial healing can take place. I counsel individuals and familis and help people understand their relationship to food and the mind-body connection as it relates to their individual eating issues. What we choose to put into our bodies is what our bodies and minds become. Nutrition education and support is part of a modality, in addition to therapy to help those seeking treatment make healthier decisions for their lives.
