I have experience and enjoy working with most forms and severities of eating concerns, from emotional overeating, to severe anorexia or bulimia.

Treating eating disorders since 1992

Treatment goals and approaches are always individualized to address unique needs, wants and values. However, goals typically involve increased self understanding and acceptance, and a resolution of troubling symptoms. I always aim to be empathic, and form a relationship which is collaborative, productive and practical.

My private practice includes individuals ranging from early adolescence to adulthood, couples and parent consultation. I consult and coordinate care with a variety of other health professionals as needed, including physicians, nutritionists, psychiatrists and family therapists.
