I am a nutrition therapist helping children, adolescents and adults improve their relationship with food and body. I work with individuals and groups.

I have a private practice with other dietitians in our office. I utilize a non-diet, Health At Every Size approach. The focus of the work varies depending upon the need of the client and is highly individualized. We start where ever the client is at and use a variety of modalities to move forward through recovery. We will incorporate meal planning, nutrition education, support and body image challenges as needed. My hope is to ultimately improve clients' relationship with food and body.
