I meet my clients where it is most convenient for them. I also conduct sessions over the phone during the week as well as weekends. I am available night and day by phone, or email. I use my own personal experience and success with Eating Disorders to relate to my clients. As a Coach I help my clients create a support system, stay focused and identify goals. I help clients realize the path to recovery will not be perfect and it does not have to be to get there.
