I am a psychotherapist in private practice, offering compassionate, quality clinical care for adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders covering all areas of the whole person: mind/body/spirit. I take a team approach with nutritionists, psychiatrists, and other medical professionals when needed to provide comprehensive care. Family work for parents and adolescents, individuals and couples enhances the benefits of counseling those with eating disorders. Group therapy is available utilizing nutrition counseling, exercise management, body image awareness, self-discovery and emotion regulation. Art expression, journaling, book therapy are used for kinesthetic learning experiences.
