Treating eating disorders since 1988

I maintain a private practice in a professional setting located in Laguna Hills, California. My theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral. I work closely with a nutritionist, preferring a treatment team approach. I co-authored the book Love Your Body: Change the Way You Feel About the Body You Have, with Lisa Licavoli, RD, CCN. I utilize this workbook in my private practice, in body image groups, and in the Love Your Body Workshops I co-facilitate with Lisa Licavoli, RD, CCN. It is my belief that body image work is an essential part of treatment for eating disorder recovery.
