I am an eating disorders specialist working with all types of eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, emotional eating).

Recovery from an eating disorder is a multifaceted experience, encompassing emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of being.

I tailor each client's treatment individually based on their unique needs, combining elements of psychodynamic theory, existential/humanistic philosophy, family systems theory, and spiritual elements such as mindfulness-based practices, delivered within an active, relational here-and-now focus.

In my work with clients, I draw upon not only my professional training and clinical experience, but also my own personal journey of recovery from an eating disorder.

In addition to my specialization in eating disorders, I also have expertise with related issues, including addictions, depression, anxiety/stress, relationship/intimacy issues and self-esteem.
