The monodiet diet is a popular method of eating only one food for a predefined period of time. It is rare for a monodiet to continue for more than a few days because of its very restrictive nature. There is therefore no need to worry about the quality of our blood if the kidneys are functioning well.

Finally, we realize that the foods offered during a monodiet are foods containing a significant amount of antioxidants.
